Yes, photo editing and retouching are integral parts of our services. For every hour of photography, we include 10 edited photos at no additional cost. You will also receive all the good unedited photos in JPEG format. Should you require more than the included edited photos, we can accommodate your needs for an additional fee.
Our primary service areas include cities within the Skytrain network: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, and Surrey. We are also open to accepting bookings in other cities, provided that the client arranges for travel and accommodation. Please note that additional fees, including charges for idle time, will apply for services outside our primary areas.
The delivery time for edited photos depends on the duration of the shoot and the number of photos:
1-hour shoot or up to 10 edited photos: Within 12-24 hours after the shoot.
2-hour shoot or 11-20 edited photos: Within 18-30 hours after the shoot.
3-hour shoot or 21-30 edited photos: Within 24-36 hours after the shoot.
4-hour shoot or 31-40 edited photos: Within 30-42 hours after the shoot.
5-hour shoot or 41-50 edited photos: Within 36-48 hours after the shoot.
6-hour shoot or 51-60 edited photos: Within 42-54 hours after the shoot.
7-hour shoot or 61-70 edited photos: Within 48-60 hours after the shoot.

A: Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
To secure your photography session, a 50% deposit of the total package fee is required. This deposit confirms your chosen date and time. Our policy for rescheduling and cancellation includes the following terms:
Rescheduling Fees:
Changing time on the scheduled day: 10% of the deposit.
Changing date within 7 days of the scheduled date: 15% of the deposit.
Changing date more than 7 days from the scheduled date: 20% of the deposit.
Cancellation Fees:
30+ days before the shoot: 30% of the deposit.
25-29 days before the shoot: 35% of the deposit.
20-24 days before the shoot: 40% of the deposit.
15-19 days before the shoot: 45% of the deposit.
10-14 days before the shoot: 50% of the deposit.
5-9 days before the shoot: 55% of the deposit.
1-4 days before the shoot: 60% of the deposit.
12-23 hours before the shoot: 65% of the deposit.
6-11 hours before the shoot: 70% of the deposit.
Less than 6 hours or no-show: No refund of the deposit.
